Individual custom project design
TG Masonry and Design is a multifaceted, professional, masonry and landscape design company performing custom masonry and landscaping design which also provides supervising services all around the country. The basic goal of TG Designers is to create and provide our clients with exclusive designs and projects by utilizing all of our design and architectural resources including foreign styles, textures, structures, and expertise.
By employing only the best professional and talented designers, and planting specialists, we strive for organization and perfect detail. If you are interested in more individual designing and architectural services and would like to meet with one of our specialists and discuss your designing needs, TG Masonry and Design provides with the above services. After meeting with you and discussing your designing needs and wants and getting all the appropriate information regarding the project and the project site, our specialists will present the project information to the design team.
The design team will review and examine the appropriate information regarding the project to come up with what they feel is the best suited plan for your requirements by drawing the temporary sketches and the 3D file. After your review of the sketches and the 3D file and some possible minor changes with your approval, we will be ready to draw the initial plan. The fee for the individual custom project designing service is 10% of the average estimate of the project construction cost when the construction cost exceeds $150,000. There is a nonrefundable $5000 initial fee which is for consultation and the site review. The fee is deductible from the total of 10% of a project which is over $150,000. For projects less than $150,000 the $5000 is not deductible or refundable. Besides individual designing services we also provide project construction supervising services.
This service is provided only in cases when we are hired as a project designer. In many cases when you are hiring a construction company to complete the construction of an extensive and expensive project, you may need a professional project supervisor to make sure that the project will be professionally and perfectly constructed. On very extensive and expensive projects sometimes it's more than necessary to hire a private project supervisor to work with the construction crew during the project construction to make sure the project will be constructed properly.
The job of the private supervisor is to cooperate with the construction crew during the construction process to control the project construction step by step, to advise them if there are any problems during the construction process, and use foolproof techniques to build the projects to perfection. The fee for the service depends on the number of visits to the jobsite, and it will be discussed with the customer ahead of time.
